As we get into this part of the year when stores guilt trip you into spending thousands of dollars on gifts for the children in your lives, I would like to ask you...not to blame the kids for all that spending! They don't even know the value of money yet!
I've seen so many parents spend big bucks on elaborate toys too big and expensive to let the kid play with and then complain about how children don't appreciate anything.
They do appreciate...they appreciate the singing, the christmas pageants, the food, the decorations. I was called a spoiled kid and I remember all that sweet, immaterial stuff after over twenty years!
