I stood in the boys locker room, proceeding to get dressed. I pulled the somewhat tight skirt up to my belly bottom, adjusting the shorts underneath. I then fixed my crop top, staring at myself in the mirror.
Curse my womanly curves, and my petite body, I scolded myself as I continued to check myself out, making sure nothing was out of place. I sigh, stepping out of the locker room.
“Lucifer…” I jerked my head around and frowned as I saw Klaus, standing there in his hoodie saying in large print “F*ck Off!
I smiled and waved.
“Hi Klaus!” I giggle. He eyed me up and down.
“Lucifer, you have a dick, not a vagina,” he says in disgust. I roll my eyes, placing a pom pom on my hip.
“Klaus. I know that,” I state. Klaus stepped closer and smiled. He and I were the same height, so I stared at him in the eyes.
“Lucifer…” He starts. I nod.
“Yeah?” I ask. He looked at me for a very long time, his eyes turning dark for a bit before returning to their usual bright blue color. He frowns and pats me on the back.
“Uh. break a leg, so I don’t have to see you in that ridiculous skirt,” he mutters, running off. I frown.
That was weird, I thought to myself.
I brushed off that weird moment and started running out to the gym. I stared in awe, butterflies fluttering around in my stomach.
So many people… I thought.
“Hey Lucie! Get into formation!” another girl on the team, Brook, yells. I nod and shuffle over to her.
Brook and I have a lot in common.
First, we’re both flyers. Brook and I are the lightest ones on our team. Brook is also apart of the LGBT, like myself.
“You nervous?” she asks, her voice cracking a little. I nod.
“Yeah… there's so many people-”
“LUCIE!” I heard someone yell. I jerked my head over to the noise. I saw Julie, holding up a sign with my name on it. She was smiling like a good, jumping up and down. Brook smirks.
“Looks like someone has a fan~” she teases. I blush and shove her playfully.
“Hey! You Fem-D*cks, gets in formation! We’re starting!” Suzie yells, glaring daggers at us. Brook and I sigh, frowning. We get into our formations, with Brook on the other side of the team.
Remember when I said we’re part of the LGBT? Well, Brooke is trans and I’m gay. That's how we became friends.
When we were a lot younger, we would go over to my house and play with my cousins make up. She was still a boy back then. She didn’t decide to become a girl until she was thirteen and I was twelve. That was also the same time I told her I was gay.
I’m afraid to admit this, but Brooke and I are better friends than Julie and Lucas.
Music begins to play, as we begun to move. I was sweating so much.
Choreographer, Ariana, is an otaku (and super nice, by the way) and she thought it would be fun to do this dance sequence from her all time favorite anime, “Lucky Star.”
The music was super catchy and really cute, so I was on board.
As we danced, I glanced over at Brook. She looked almost as nervous as I felt. I looked straight ahead and smiled. My eyes gazed over the crowd. I gulped as I saw Klaus, and his goth/emo friends all in one section. They were somewhat easy to point out because most of them had black hair and almost all of them had pale skin.
Klaus gave us this look that just screamed, “go crawl up in a hole and die.” I gulped.
Oh Boy.
