The next morning, the morning of the tournament, Chaos got a call from his mentor, Assato.
“Hey Chaos I need to talk with in private for a couple of minutes, it's kind of urgent so could you please come quick?” Asked Assato over the phone
“Ya ill be there in just a second.” Chaos said then hung up the phone, but confused at the same time. His mentor only taught him once a week on friday, and never had anything to do with him any other day of the week. As Chaos walked up stairs a lot of the staff were like opposite magnetic fields to him. Where ever he walked they would steer clear of his path by almost a mile, which wasn't unusual for him. None of the staff liked him at all and most were scared of him. As Chaos walked into his mentor's office something seemed off. Whenever he walked into his mentor's office the was like a air of freedom from the outside, judging, world. This time was different though, the air this time was very tense and serious, not the normal.
“Please sit down.” Assato said in a calm, professional voice. As Chaos took his seat he remembered his mentors past before he became a teacher here. Assato was born in Australia and raised in Russia, his family was killed when he was only eight and he was raised by the local military family in the area. He grew up and became a very famous tactician, strategist, and commander. When he was twenty-eight the leaders of “Project Angel”, the project that included Chaos and the other, invited him to teach and train. He only agreed under the terms that he would only teach the strongest angel in the school, and him alone, and that's how he got stuck with Chaos.
“Ok will this take a while? I have a tournament to go to.” Chaos said with a little bit of impatience in his voice.
“This may take some time depending on how you react to what i'm going to say.” Assato said
“Oh great here goes another short lecture on how to control my anger issues and my power.” Chaos said under his breath.
“Ill pretend that I didn't hear that. Anyways I need to tell you something very important about your power. You know how weave said that were only letting you use ten percent of your power because you could kill people if you use any more.”
“Yes”
“Well that's not the only reason… the real reason why is because your body can't handle more than ten percent of you power. If you use any than that, you could end up killing yourself. For example, if you were to use around twenty percent of you power, you may leave the battle with a couple broken bones. Using any more then that could be fatal.” Assato said with a crisp, warning voice.
“So… you're saying that i'm too weak to handle my own power? Thats crap.” Chaos said not really believing what Assato had just said.
“Its up to you if you believe it or not but that ends what i'm going to say, and were lifting you power band so be careful.”
“Ok… Ill try not to use to much.” Chaos said starting to realize that this wasn't a joke and that he was for real.
