The Annoyance of House Searching

Ripped from us before we could even check it out! The listing was literally posted the night before. We'll be buying a house around July/August. We could have afforded that one but now we must save for a higher priced house. 20% is not easy to get, especially when we just got slapped in the face with an $850 hospital bill and $700 for what's left over to pay for tuition after financial aid. That doesn't include the fact that we also are forced to spend a good $300+ on textbooks this semester. I will be working full time this summer to replenish the funds lost.
