So, every grocery I go to, I always seem to find a random new Chai Tea. Today it was just an ok one, and when I say ‘tea’ I mean power, not a tea bag. I don’t know how it started, but it happened at some point while I lived in New York, but it wasn’t until I moved to Baltimore and woke up at 5:30 in the morning for my job and only had Dunkin Donuts as an option for breakfast, that I noticed they actually served a Chai, and I’ve been trying to find new flavors of it even more ever since (as well as adding Dunkin Donuts coffee flavors into the Chai so it doesn’t taste the same all the time).

Though not all Chais are equal. Panera Bread’s Chai is only, eh. And Starbucks; dear god, it’s the worst Chai I have ever tasted (hot or cold). The 2nd worst one are the K-Cups Chai. There was also a pretty bad Chai flavored Chocolate Milk powder I once tried, and it was so bad I don’t even remember what it looked like or the company that made it. I have enjoyed the newest one I bought, Masala Chai, but their Vanilla one was not good at all. Now, I am waiting to test their final flavor, Lemongrass Chai, and I really have no idea what this one will taste like.

One of the best is probably the probably powdered or liquid Oregan Chai; but I haven’t had that in a while because I could never make it right. Instead I go to a local Breakfast place where they make it with a powered version and have Gingerbread, Green Tea, and Pumpkin Flavors.

Once at a birthday party, my friend JP knew that I like to bring weird soda flavors to parties, so he brought Chai Cola. It’s so odd tasting that it’s really good (don’t know how that description sells it though).

If anyone has any good Chai recommendations, feel free to post them below.

Cory, Arad, & Jackson are three ordinary earth children who find themselves in the fantasy world of Flux. There, they meet Maria, the sword-fighting princess, Darius, the last sorceress, Gluss, the centaur general, and Redwing, a near-sighted dragon. Together, they must stop Gaudra, a living mechanical creature, before the entire world is converted into metal.

Only one thing can stop Gaudra; a powerful amulet that can only be used by Cory and Maria. However, to use this amulet requires positive emotional control. Cory must overcome his intense hatred toward his abusive stepfather, while Maria must overcome her irrational hatred of everything machine, otherwise the entire realm will become a metallic wasteland.
