I have not worn glasses to workout since this happened - Contacts for the Win!!
The two that teach aerobics at my school are cousins. One of them is very gentle and the other pushes you past your limits on a daily basis.
...Luckily I started with the gentle one, or I don't think I would have survived the first semester.
