I got the second round of edits back from the editor, and I’m happy to say, we are good for launch! I’ve started painting the first pages in chapter three, and while I won’t give away any spoilers, I will say that page 57 and 58 are extra special.
The new art archival box and acid free tissue paper arrived in the mail. But silly me, it looks like I should have ordered a second pack of acid free tissue. I use the tissue to separate the original pages from one another, and this protects the artwork from discoloring over time.
The next page will be uploaded in two weeks on Tuesday, December 19th.
Hello, Tieback. I am your newest fan and I'm about to shower you with praise. If you don't like utter eulogy, sorry, but that's what you'll get. Okay... let's get it started: Absolutaly every little thing about this comic is beyond perfection. The pacing is great, the dialogues are clever, the story is entertaining, the characters are so likeable. (Specially the Archer and Nutgirl, they are both so pretty and I ship them so hard). And the Art is stunning. I could go on and on, but I don't want my fingers to fall off after too much typing. Anyway, keep It up with the marvelous work and sorry for the broken English.
The Archer and the Squirrel tells the story of Lark, a young woman in the pursuit of a better life. When the Colludian King offers a handsome reward for an unusual bounty, Lark jumps at the opportunity. However, things aren't always what they seem in the Draiocht Woods. What started out as a simple hunting trip, turns into something much more… dangerous. Now, Lark must learn how to navigate a new type of hunting ground, one full of secrets and magic.
