Once I was in position, I looked back to where Albion and Colisair were waiting. After a moment, there was a brief flash in the trees- Colisair signaling the attack. Albion burst from the tress, barreling straight towards the door. I could only hope Phantom was doing his part on the othe side of the building as I made a dash for the window in front of me.
The window ledge was just barely at a level where I could hoist myself up. That wasn't my intention though. Ducking low to keep out of sight, I crouched underneath it. Sure enough, it only took a minute after Albion crashed through the front door for the first bandit to try escaping through the window. I let him reach the edge of the forest before I loosed my arrow, striking him in the back of the thigh. Not a killing shot, but it would do for putting the sleeping potion into his system.
Jobs like this, it was easier to just kill whoever needed killing and take their head, rather than dragging live bodies all the way back to town.
Unfortunately, we needed some proof we had the right culprits. Two or three of them would be enough for the town guard to interrogate.
