Story takes place in Adelaide, South Australia where Lee and Coby met in prison.

During their time together they connect in a way both feel is more for convenience than love.

Once out of prison their relationship takes on a different level as both men struggle to get past the stigma of their religion and social upbringings.

Yet the road is long and not an easy one and their struggles to overcome leads to a doomed end.

Rejected by his parents because of his sexuality, Tyler flees to an abandoned house owned by his family in the country. There, Tyler discovers the presence of a black cat. But this cat is not ordinary cat and Tyler is about to find out things are going to get a whole lot more complicated.

Lannor is not your average cat, he's not even from the planet. Sent to earth by his mother to understand what love truely means, Lannor stuggles through many years. Losing those he loves, until he meets Tyler does Lannor realise what was missing from his life.

Outsiders and half bloods have no place in their world. But when Neve first meets Cory his feeling for the young man will test his faith as well as his loyalty. Can both men survive when being half blood and gay means immediate death.

June's is 19 years old, living alone in an unfamiliar city, while saving for her transition. Inferno is 47 years old and the most notorious super villain in the world. When June’s life is threatened, Inferno steps in to save her. But all is not as it seems as June is drawn into the world of villains and Specials, people with the power over the four elements; earth, wind, fire and water. Being a Special herself, June has spent her life suppressing her power but now she has little choice but to acknowledge it as her position as personal assistant to Inferno puts her life in more danger. The more time June and Inferno spend together the more they learn about each other, and in time June begins to realise some villains are not what they are made out to be.
