Just a few things to say, if you don't mind:
The hat looks like it's floating - MAGICAL HAT, YAY! If you tried wrapping it around the shape of the head, or something along those lines, it would look less like it's levitating like the awesome magical hat it is and more like it's being worn normally. Also, consider distinguishing the elbow when the arm isn't bent?
These eyes you draw are so lovely. Teach me.
