Some news to catch up. Lilly and Darby got married, Lilly started wearing contacts, and They've since moved into the (fictional) suburban Japanese town: Hamako.
Some Japanese Culture notes:
Normally in a Japanese house, you'd traditionally place your shoes into the lowered floor entry area (called a genkan) seen in this chapter, and you would step into house slippers so that the floors can stay clean. Neither Harumi nor her Dad care about this so that's why she said they're a weird family.
The type of table they're sitting at is called a Kotatsu and is a table-blanket combination and usually includes a heater under the blanket to stay warm
Timeless Storm tells the story of Harumi Ikeda (池田晴美) as she meets her cousins Lilly and Darby -the protagonists of Perfect Together. This story is a follow-up to my series perfect together so if you haven't read that yet, go and check it out.
