edit// in Summary: Noriel got into a section of Imperial town that seems a bit dangerous. Suddenly, she bumps into a stranger that looks quite dangerous and in hopes to run away from get trapped in between a crowd of people. Noriel has anxiety so this really bad for her.
you might recognize this guy from Wings! but he actually originated on Flowers. Him appearing on Wings was meant to just be a small easteregg but he ended up appearing in there first x''D
but yeh. He plays a little bit of a mayor roll on Flowers. Lets see what this little devil man is up to.
