Isn't funny how you can mix those two up. Up or down, up or down, who knows?
For the past couple years I've been going skiing in the Alps with my BF and it's not your ordinary skiing trip, it's boot camp! In the training sessions our French skiing instructor always says "You have to go Up and down, up and down!" it sounds so funny :D But they're right of course.
