Back at the house.....

"You idiot! I can't believe you let her leave!" Mai yelled

"She's a human being she can come and go if she wants!"

"The elders were going to come!" Mai got in his face "And she is not human she's just like The Monster! Hell for all we know maybe she is The Monster!" Ezra slammed her into the wall and held her there. "The Monster?! The Monster!? You mean my Fiance!? The only thing that was keeping me on this earth!?" he started to shake "Put me down." She commanded. He let her go. Mai put her hand on his shoulder "I'm sorry." He stayed quiet and stared at the ground "But you know what we have to do." "No." "Ezra we have to-" "Excuse me we? I'm not killing her and the elders can kiss my ass." Mai walked to the door "Fine but you should get out of here while you can. Be careful." Ezra nodded "I will." "Better." When she left he started packing "I'll find you Rose thats a promise."

Hours later.....

"Ugh! I feel like I'm wearing stone shoes! God I've been walking for hours." I looked up at the sky. The sun was starting to set "I should start to make shelter for the night or at least a fire." I started to gather anything i could find. All I was able to get was a bit of wood enough for a fire. I sat next to it warming my body up. Ezra was in the back of my mind. "My flower" I could still feel the ghost of his kiss. I felt my face get hot, I snapped back into the real world. "He didn't mean that." I shook my head "He was drunk, hell regret it." I sat there in silents listening to the wind blowing through the trees. "The fire should keep the wolves away." I layed down looking up at the stars. I drifted to sleep "Ezra..."
