As Mr. Kradres drove along the induction lanes at ground level, Kiber could not help but notice that Hemrean was not the beautiful city his employer had stated it was. This place has seen better days,  he thought as they passed dingy building entrances and alleyways. The entire place seemed dreary and the smoggy weather did nothing to improve his view. The one truly stark contrast was the large amount of neon lights and holo-displays all over the buildings and walkways. Offering everything from real chicken flavored nutri-paste to StimSyms; stimulation simulations illegal in other Mega Cities.

People in their millions went about their daily lives as the car passed a few meters above their heads. As he looked into the masses, Kiber could pick out people sitting on public benches, twitching slightly and with glazed over looks to their eyes. As he realized what was happening, Kiber could not help but ask,  "Are those people doing StimSyms in public?!" In an almost bored voice, Mr. Kradres responded, "You will find there is very little that is illegal or taboo in Hemrean my young friend."

At that Kiber fell silent, pondering the suffering going on in the sea of people below. Noticing the active brooding going on in the seat next to him, Mr Kradres chimed in, "Its their choice you know. Anyway, enough worrying about others problems, right now you should be focusing on what im about to show you." As the car rounded a corner, a gigantic stadium came into view with hundreds of thousands of Lev-Cars making their way into it. The various massive screens and holo-displays on and around the stadium all saying one thing. "Aaaah the Hemrean Bi-Annual Championship! Can you smell the glory in the air Kiber! This is my pride and joy, the GRAW league!" Mr. Kradres shouted with a wicked smile.
