Help Wanted and DPD were not stories in the same universe when Salty and I came up with them. they were totally unrelated, Help Wanted being a romantic comedy with some supernatural aspects and DPD being a horror comic about curses and scary monsters. It wasnt until I made the joke that my character, Jes, would find Salty's character, John, attractive that we started doing these RPs. Eventually, we started talking about other aspects of the worlds conjoining and how that would effect things in both stories, but this is where it all started! These dumb, self indulgent, RP comics with John and Jes.

Some of the dialog for these comics have been edited to fit slightly better into the world that exists now, but mostly I left things as they were to show how the characters developed over time. This first comic is a bit awkward, seeing as its over 2 years old now. I'm going to be posting these RP comics in what would be "Canon" timeline order, but keep in mind that 80% of the situations in these comics are totally different now, dont exist at all, or end abruptly because one of us got bored of it.
