Rex shows up to bail Thirsty out of the bad situation he suddenly found himself in - but things look grim when those nutty monsters and mercenaries gang up on him. Let's not forget there's that flying creep beating on Knox, Gibson, and Nina. Who's going to help them? Will help come from within or will we go without? And what about Thirsty's pin?
Dude. I WAS gonna make a comment, but the comic kept going. And going. And going. Dang, how long did it take to write all that? I love the loquacious general (like, what I'd imagine Dr. Bomb to sound like if he didn't speak Engrish), I love how... normal the hero is. Like, how he fanboys over his shirt with a logo from a kids... toy chain? I dunno. And how he narrates stuff on lame comebacks. And gets excited about laser eyes. And... And... The list goes on. Also, Snowman is awesome.
