And so we get a glimpse of why Eros is the way he is. For those who have noticed and for those who have not, whenever Eros thinks in Spanish, it's because it's important/special/emphasized/All that jazz. We wanted a way to express important feelings or thoughts and decided to use his native language to express those said thoughts. That's why he switches between languages
