Many out there have panic attacks or anxiety attacks.
Recently someone I knew was talking about them to someone I know about them. Long story short it's not something we can control.
I have them and it happens out of no where. It's called panic attacks for a reason!
It hurts! I don't know if this relates to some people; My attacks can get really bad to the point where I will physically hurt myself without realizing it. It can hurt physically and mentally.
It's not like the people who have them want it to happen then, there, and at that time. If we could control it we would, or rather, not have them at all.
So if you have a friend out there that do have these attacks be there for them. Help them, in anyway the you can because these attacks can break us fragile people.
