We know from Gen 3:17 that Eve said something to persuade Adam, but since we don't know what she said I thought it'd would be more effective to play it out without dialogue. The fruit in Adam's hand is just a plum-representing every fruit God permits him to eat. And unfortunately, Adam chooses his own way.
