Where I live you can get punishment for what you said, we have the freedom to talk whatever we want as long as we don't disturb other laws. You are not allowed to bullie, you are not allowed to damage someones image (like idk posting nudes from them without peemission?) You are not allowed to insult "Beamte", means someone like policeman/teacher/lawyer or that kinds, and you can't talk so loud that it disturb others? Like that's disturbing so someone can call the police and say hey, they are too loud, they should shut up (in lunchtime and at night we have like calm time where you better are quiet because everyone will hate you for being loud when they finally can rest?) Like that's all I think, don't hurt others or be loud?
