For thousands of years, the evil that was known as Everip has been sealed away below his castle. Two decades ago the Keepers who kept Everip at bay were wiped out by a mysterious mass murder with only one escaping. Now only a small handful of beings know of and remember the Keepers and Everip, everyone else believes them to only be a legend. Nothing can stop Everip from rising again.
