Just a couple of new things I'm trying to do, make changes slowly so I don't overwhelm myself. Often diets fling you into an ALL OR NOTHING type of mindset but I don't wanna think about this as a short term goal. If I can make healthy habits in small steps it's better for the long term.
Sounds good! Sth that also works as an ice cream substitute is to freeze a banana, purèe/mash it and maybe add some fruits/vanilla/cinnamon/cocoa/whatever you like ;)
