I held her in my arms and kept my hands on the spot where the bleeding was coming from. Her earrings started to beep. Once "Beep.", Twice "Beep. Beep" Then three times "Beep. Beep. Beep." I tried to act charming like my usual self and joked about how I would find out her identity. "My lady your gonna turn back in front of me if you don't go run off and hide." I said trying to laugh but it was harder. She had such a tired, pained expression on her face that she struggled to hide with a smile so I wouldn't know she was in pain her last moments alive. "Chat...it's okay. I want you...to see the real...me." She reached a shaky weak hand up to my cheek as the last beep sounded. She started to light up as she transformed back and whipped a tear that had fallen away from my cheek. Just as she was back and her kawmii was next to her crying her hand started to fall and go limp. I quickly grabbed it holding to my cheek like it was before and cried trying to wake her up. "No Marinette I'm not supposed to find out like this! Were supposed to be together for ever just you and me against the world." I cried harder holding her dead body in my arms blaming my self for not being able to save her. Later that day I went and berried a box with my memories of both Lady bug and Marinette but the tower that we had watched over Paris together so many times before. I brought Marinette home and watched with a heavy heart as her parents hugged there only daughter and sobbed. Then I went home to an empty house and transformed back to just me Adrien. I sat on my bed taking the ring off and thinking back to her last dying words she said well smiling at me so happily. "Thank you for being my partner Chat..." I shook my head and cried harder mumbling to my self. "Well fight together again I promise you that this time I won't lose you Marinette."
