"What are you," one of the kings asked.

     "What I am is just as unknown to me as it is to you," it answered.

     Another King asked, "Who are you and where did you come from?"

     "Who I am, I could not tell you, because I either never had a name or, if I ever had one, it has been forgotten. As to Where I came from, I came from here. I was born from the Nothingness and from here I have watched you rage your wars and have come to the conclusion that if you continue to fight, you will only succeed in destroying your selves and your realms. Thus, I have come to you with a solution. Declare this void between your realms a neutral zone and I shall give you a way to fill it."

     The Kings spoke quietly amongst themselves for several moments and, seeing no other possible solution, agreed.

     "Good," it said. "I present to you the Seven Keys to Reality. With them you'll be able to create new realms to fill the void with. Within these new realms the elements will be able to coexist with one another as equals. To spread the power of the Keys equally, I shall give one to each of you as befitting of your element."

     It first approached the King of Darkness.

     "The first Key I will give is to the King of Darkness. It is the Key of Time. With it you will be able to bring order to the elements within the new realms."

     Then it moved toward the King of Light.

     "The second key, the Key of Creation, I shall give to you, the King of Light. With it you will be able to weave the elements together to make the new realms needed to fill the void."

     It then moved to the next king.

     "The third key, the Key of Travel, I will give to the King of Air. With it you'll be able to create paths connecting the new realms with the old."

     Then it move on to the Fire King.

     "To the King of Fire realms, I shall give the fourth key, the Key of Change. With it you'll be able to let the elements interact with one another so new life can exist in the new realms."

     It moved towards the next king.

     "To the King of the Water realm, I give the fifth key, the Key of Purity. With it you will be able to separate the nothing into the individual elements that it is made of."

     It then moved to the last king.

     "The sixth key, the Key of Binding, I shall give to the King of Earth. With it you will be able to bind the elements together to make the new realms whole."

     Lastly, it returned to the center of the meeting place and announced, "The last key, the Key of Unity, I shall keep for myself. With it I shall unite the powers of the other six and allow them to work together to create the new realms."

     With that said and done, the meeting was over and the six Kings left with the Nameless Stranger to begin work on the new realms.
