My grandmother has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. At times like these, the best thing to do is to tell the person who's concerned that you love them.

I am so sorry to hear that :,( I lost a dear friend to cancer earlier this year, after she had been diagnosed as terminal last fall - it's so rough to not know how long you have with your loved one, only that it won't be as long as one wished. I hope that this last time with your grandmother will be filled with love! I spend the last time with my friend doing exactly what your comic suggested - telling her how much I love her, and I am so happy that I did and that she knew how much she was loved when her time came to leave this life ❤
