Mia's getting a lot less irritating, ugh I'm so happy! And recently, I've been able to get both mine and Mia's grades up to an A+. But then one day, when I thought it was just a normal day at school, Proffesor Dinkie announced that we had new student from Australia. A girl in my class asked what the new student's name was and if he/she was a girl. "His name is Nate, and no he is not a girl." Proffesor Dinkie answered. Quickly, I turned my head to Mia, and as if she read my mind, she turned hers too. But I wasn't sure if she was thinking the same thing as me.
"Proffesor, when is he coming?" asked Josh, a guy in my class. "Oh, he's here now." He replied with a smile. He opened the door and called out Nate's name. I was ready, because I didn't really care. But some girls started freaking out, weirdly, including Mia. Proffesor Dinkie had to quiet them down before letting Nate in. As soon as he took a small step in the room, I noticed the girls started blushing, some even touched up their makeup. But I sat still, I was even bored, when do start class? And when do we check our homework? I was about to ask proffesor Dinkie that but I realized that it was rude.
"Class, this is Nate. Say Hi and don't be mean, he's new here." "HI NATE!" the girls said as they were blushing. "Hi Nate....." the boys said looking a little upset. As for I, I joined in with the girls but I was not at blushing, I properly said "Hi". "Nate, tell us a little bit about yourself" commanded proffesor Dinkie. "Hi, I'm Nate. I'm from Australia, I love to read books and play football. PS: I'm single." Nate introduced himself with a smile and a cute Australian accent. Everyone (well except for the boys and me) went "awwwww!"
A few hours later it was lunch time. Me and Mia sat next to each other as per usual. As soon as we sat down, she started blabbering about Nate and how he's so cute. But before I got to talk, Nate came over and asked if he could sit with us. Mia said yes but I didn't really want him to. He sat beside Mia, of course, I would kill myself if he sat next to me. I always believe that boys have cooties ever since I got dumped by you know who. Mia and Nate started talking, all of a sudden Mia became flirtatious. Ever since that day, he sat next to us every time we had lunch. Welcome to my new high school life that consists of me, Mia and the new boy.
