El Silbón is a Venezuelan and Colombian legend. El Silbón is an evil spirit of a man that killed his father and walks around with a sack of his bones, it will walk around whistling a C Major progression and will kill drunkards and womanizers. It is said that if you hear the whistle near you it is actually far away, but if you hear the whistle far from you it is probably right behind you.
