You grow to love a website, but then the website changes. It is sudden. So abrupt it is you do not have time to adjust and you are left with the empty, lonely feeling that you do not belong in this place you had become so familiar with over time. Like if your partner suddenly got a radically different hairstyle, is it still really them on the inside? Can you still love them?
Speaking of websites, I logged into neopets the other day for the first time in years (why? I do not know but I do know that your neopets cannot starve to death but can apparently be starving forever. Like some kind of hellish limbo...) and I have 451, 000 neopoints.
