Just so you all know, I'm reducing my comic update frequency one more time. I'm doing this mainly so that I can actually stick to my advertised schedule, but also so that I can hopefully start to get ahead on pages. Then once I'm far enough ahead, I can increase the update frequency again.
So from now on, both BMTL and SpiritSong will be updated on Mon/Wed/Fri on a Bi-Weekly basis. This means that BMTL will be updated on those days one week, then the next week SpiritSong will be updated on that same schedule. Then they will trade off on weeks from there on.

This first part of the trilogy explores an alternate ending for the Naruto series, which branches off from the point in the original story just after Jiraiya perishes. Sasuke, having just defeated his brother Itachi at last, joins with Akatsuki to bring down Konohagakure. However, instead of being sent after the 8-tailed host, Sasuke insists on going after the only other remaining tailed beast, the host of the 9-tailed fox, Naruto Uzumaki.
That is where our story begins.
