In this world the paradox of humans is that they technically have no "power", but possess the -potential- for all power. So eating them, as many creatures or even some nutty human mages do, helps others increase the capabilities of whatever power they already have.
Just like eating the heart of an Unknown gives you their strong magical abilities. But eg you couldn't gain the power of an elf by eating them (their blood is a highly illegal drug though), because their power comes from their deathlands and so you'd have to have the spirit of an elf to work their power.
PHEW. Ok.
Next update might be pretty late, because I'll be in Seattle next week, walking around ECCC!
A story about a bunch of punks with too much power for anyone's good.
*Sex, drugs and violence*
Updates sporadically
A bandit, a runaway heir, and a spirit-eating hunter end up bound to a dangerous pair of monsters called the Unknown.
Forced to follow the whims of the Unknown, they travel around wreaking havoc and facing evil elves, greedy hunters, mythic monsters, ancient sorcerers and mysterious deities.
...Until consequences catch up with them.
