I agree there are lots of fun in raids and as you said there can be lots of drama and be chaotic but it's all worthwhile in the end unless you got that one rogue player that ninjas loot everything and then combine that with kleptomania and then it's hard to get them to cough up the loot that's not even theirs to use by class wise anyway
