It's probably a dumb process, but I make my comic by sketching in a sketch book, inking on tracing paper, and then scanning. The tracing paper part is a habit I picked up from screen printing. Anyway, this is what a stack of 23 comics on tracing paper looks like.
Yum! I could go for a sub right about now...
