Do you promote your comic in the forums?
Hi David, are you referring to Tapastic forums? Or just forums in general?
I post links to my comic on reddit in r/webcomics and r/comics. I also post my comic in at least a dozen Facebook groups. However, I'm pointing people to my comic website (obscurityfighter.com), NOT the Tapastic site.
If you have suggestions for me on how I can drive more readers to my comic, I'm all ears buddy, obviously I could use some help :)

Hi again David, I just finished posting an introduction for myself and my comic in the Tapastic forum. Sheesh, I didn't even realize there WAS a forum for Tapastic, thanks for pointing me to it.
So, do you have any advice as to how/where I post on the forums? Would I be OK posting each new episode of my comic there, or is that kind of self-promotion frowned upon by the community?

I don't think that you should post updates in the forums. It may be regarded as spammy.
Instead, when you find a comic you like, drop by the artist's page and chat with them.
If someone leaves you a comment, try to add to it somehow.
I don't think that 'Obscurity Fighter" should be fighting obscurity.

Thank you so much for the advice and additional help David, I really appreciate it. Feel kinda sheepish realizing that I didn't even know there were forums here, so I'll definitely take more advantage of them (without being spammy or annoying).
