Hello. First off, I want to thank you for being a fan of CrossOver. (I'm updating it soon) Volume 2 of CrossOver is almost done, and I've decided to start work on a second series! But I have so many ideas I don't know which fun one to pick. So I thought I'd ask my fans for their opinion. Would you be willing to give me your opinion?
Hey there! I've really been enjoying CrossOver, and I can't wait to see how the rest of the story unfolds :) Sure, I'd be happy to share my opinion, if it'll help you out ;) What sort of ideas are you considering?
Thanks! Here are my top five ideas:
Shojo Shonen: This is an idea for a comic that would be in a shonen format, but with the main protagonists being girls. There would be lots of fight scenes and humor, as well as the exploration of gender roles.
Harem: This is an idea I've had for awhile. I don't want to give away too many spoilers, but I would be subverting a lot of the traditional harem manga tropes. Let's just say that the Protagonist is far from the typical milk toast nice guy.
Reverse Harem: This idea holds great appeal for me personally, though I'm not concrete on the direction I want to go with it. This comic would hold lots of humor, an exploration of Polyamory, and lots of fanservice for the ladies.
Magical Girl: I've always wanted to do one of these, and I think I might go with a flower motif. Again, I want to redefine some of the typical magical girl tropes. That being said, I won't go for too far a departure.
BL: I've wanted to do one for a long time, but have always been hesitant. Be forewarned, while I'll want to avoid the worst of the yaoi cliches, I'm not going to try to accurately portray gay love. This comic would be pure comedic pervy fun.

Wow, you've got quite a few starting points! I always enjoy stories that redefine tropes and cliches, but of these, I'm most interested in your Shojo Shonen and Magical Girl ideas :)
