Hey guys! Thanks for reading my comics and works. Since Tapas decided to stab creators in the back and give them no input at all on updated "community guidelines" (which were of course not created by the community), I won't be updating here any more past a couple more updates to let people know that.
You can find me at any of the links on my official site, which is located at http://hushicho.carrd.co
I do not and will never support censorship and creative oppression. When you bow down to a corporate overlord because you want a pat on the head, you no longer have any more claim on dignity or respect. And when you create your platform off the work of others, betraying them later and ignoring them throughout is even more deplorable.
Please don't support Tapas. It's a hostile creative environment of exploitation. I kept giving it a chance, and I regret the waste of time.
I hope to see you at superior hosts The Duck and PaperDemon. Thank you for your support.

I know some of you really enjoyed the few comics of Perry Presto that I did -- would anyone be interested in an ongoing, comic strip-format series? It would probably be a little sexy (as most all of my work tends to be) and very tongue-in-cheek (ditto), but I'm actually kind of shocked how many people were interested in Perry, despite just a few comics actually being produced.
At the time, I became seriously disillusioned and extremely burnt out on superheroes, largely due to Marvel and DC's moronic mismanagement of the genre they helped to shape and direct. I have had quite a history in the genre, too, and must have read literally thousands upon thousands of comics, some entire runs of hundreds of issues.
I always maintained that the mainstream superhero works should have a great broad appeal and concentrate on mainly action adventures and fighting the bad guys. Since Perry and his team wouldn't be doing that, I felt like I would disappoint by its omission; I would feel the need to have at least some action sequences and heroes versus villains, so they'll undoubtedly show up, even if they're not strictly the focus.
So what do you think? I'd love to hear from all of you! Let me know, and I'll mull it over in my latest meanderings.

For some December magic fun, I'm running a little giveaway!
If you read The Magical Adventures of Kirke Ketterley, just comment here or email me (hushicho at gmail!) who your very favourite character is, and why! I'll pick my favourite of the submissions, and the winner gets a full-colour commission of any character from the series, in any situation I'll draw!
Good luck, and I hope you'll participate!

I've posted something at my Patreon, which is something like a central nexus at the moment for my work -- the post is public, so don't worry about having to pay for it! But I would really appreciate all your thoughts. :) Here or there, please feel free! https://www.patreon.com/posts/introspection-24503538
