1: Move the wire around, Works every time, 2: See if there isan update for the tablet, 3: Plug & Unplug for a bit, 4: After you're done make a file save of your tablet settings, everytime it doesn't work just restore your sttings by choosign the save
welp....update is that deed is done. restarted whole laptop. gotta re-download/install everything, but tablet works...and it 6:34am...dang it

of all the...darn tablet pen sensitivity error killing me T_T
tablet settings --> reset to old settings --> then make a backup of that settings --> next time you reload this backup --> problem solved
Evilness! Yeah. I had the same problem before. Restarted laptop. Reinstalled new drive. All it's saying is tablet not detected =_= why me

If it's wacom I can be more specific, works 99% of the time. If your tablets not a wacom, I hope that works anyways.
update: sorry for this random break...family emergency atm and doing commission work
