Hello everyone! Long time no see! I hope you had a great start of the year.
Guys, I'm gonna use this Muromachi Amy to tell you some sad news...
After much thought, I have taken the difficult decision to cancel Sonic Shards.
It was a passion project, I had fun ideas for it, and I wanted to remake it for the 30th anniversary of the franchise.
But since half of 2020 I've been working on an original comic project.
Working on both projects intensively was going to be too much. So I have to let go of Sonic Shards.
I'll delete both versions of the fancomic from here, but the pages can still be found in Deviantart and Tumblr. I might post a collection of my fav pages in other accounts.
Since the anniversary is coming up, I'll be doing a good number of Sonic fanarts, so I recommend following my social media or my Newgrounds account, for more blue hedgehogs!
People have been suscribing to the fancomic up until very recently, and I really appreciate each and every single one of you. The comments left under the pages were the most wonderful thing, and since I don't get a lot of comments in my works, they really gave me the confidence to continue making my stories into a readable reality.
I hope this doesn't come by as a total bummer, and I hope that we can still see each other again in Tapas.
I'll be posting news of my upcoming project here soonish, but in my social media there will be earlier previews.
Thank you all so much for reading the little bits I made with some of my fav characters of all time. These pages alone have taught me so much about the process, and I can't wait to make better works in the near future!
