Joined Apr 2017 state of confusion
I'm Lisa, I had recently completed my webcomic series here and on tumblr, The Dogs on the Railroad. I'm planning on posting more webcomics here in the near future, so stick around if you enjoyed my latest one. I have a different ongoing webcomic on my tumblr under the url ink-the-crow, and an art account there under url ink-the-artist. I think dogs are neat.

Publishing update:
Publishing is taking longer than I expected. Each time I submit for publishing amazon sends me an email saying to correct various formatting errors, I’m probably going to need to get help from someone else because it feels like hitting a brick wall. I’m also not able to focous on getting it done as much as I’d like to because of school, college stuff, personal life, all that. However I think I’ll take the opportunity to add extra illustrations to the book (and possibly another extra scene, not sure yet, but I would like to make this book worth the money)

I’ve finally submitted the comic book for review to be published with amazon, and had ordered a proof of it that arrived a few days ago (which printed great, somehow the printed version is nicer than the digital) hopefully it will be available soon! The paperback will cost 22.07 USD (the lowest I could price it). Unfortunately I wasn’t able to format it as an e-book because I couldn’t get the pictures to display properly (I think e-books are fit mainly for written novels and not comics and picture books) but the paperback looks great. It includes extra artwork, glimpses of the planning process, and an extra scene with Leech and Sunshine.
Hey, that's great, congrats :D Yeah, eBooks mostly still have problems with displaying pictures properly, as far as I know, there isn't a well working solution for that yet
Yeah, it's p unfortunate because I'm sure there are people who would like to see the bonus stuff but don't want to pay for the cost of a physical book
Getting very close to publishing this comic! Here's a glimpse of what the cover will look like. I've formatted the pages all into a pdf, I'm just uploading them to amazon and figuring out the right sizes and all that, and then moving on to pricing. At the end of the book are included (these are things not in the webcomic, most are only found in the published book) some of the outlining done for the comic pages, the planning of the story and character designs, some additional illustrations, and an extra scene with the two dogs. I'm not sure yet how much this book will cost but it will be available as an ebook, so if you would like to purchase but don't want to spend too much, the ebook will be cheeper. If you don't wish to buy, I still greatly appreciate you all for reading my story and leaving such supportive comments.

Hey friendos I AM working on a new webcomic, but it will take a while before I’m at the point of actually posting it. So I’m not going on hiatus, and the series is nearly finished, but with school and other things it’s been much more difficult to get daily uploads and I’m doing my best to keep uploads consistent. This is just a heads up that I’m not giving up on this series I’m just finding less time to work on it than I used to. I'm still striving for daily uploads because I want to get this story done

Hey so, I've been on a bit of a hiatus as you've all known because of vacation, and when I came back and began to work on the comic again my dog destroyed my tablet pen when I left it on the bed (like an absolute fool, I may add) I ordered a new one, but CONVINIENTLY when it arrived my old ass tablet just stopped working, so I have ordered a new one and once it comes in the mail comics will resume as normal, thank you all for being patient
