A new clause in their user agreement says I cannot make any merchandise, delete my comic or move anywhere without their permission and 30 days for them to even respond.

Thanks for sharing that, a really good 'summit' - if I could say it that way - of the last action of tapas(tic) staff.
No problem. I'm still blown away by everything that has happened. There are a LOT of artists who are just jumping ship and I do not blame them one bit.
It is quite sobering to see the Hiveworks artists removing their side comics on the advice of their lawyers.
Tapas needs to do some serious reassuring soon or they're going to be a wasteland.

HI EVERYBODY!!
So holy cow its been nearly three weeks since I posted. I know I said I was going to take a two week hiatus but you're probably wondering where I've been! (AND NO IT WASN'T PLAYING BREATH OF THE WILD FOR THREE WEEKS STRAIGHT I SWEAR!! **I can't find how to upgrade my house, plz help me**)
ANYWAY!! The truth is, I have been coloring and lining the Peregrin Prologue for five months straight with barely a break and I guess I got kind of run down a bit and my brain decided we needed a break from it (allergies are killing me too, my poor head is just swimming all the time. Send cookies).
So how does my brain decide we take a break? By having me draw up a extra side comics that I'll be showing off soon as an INTERMISSION in the Dragon Tutor, and these are to show exactly how the elves feel about the past, the war and Peregrin. It's all super important and stuff that I decided to bring up now because my brain hates me XD
For a short run (a few weeks) I'll be putting these up. They're going to explain some new stuff and it'll be a nice break for me and rejuvenate my coloring brain back to normal. I promise, you'll find them interesting too.

Illu: OH MAN! I feel sooooo dumb about it XD My brother has been helping me figure out exactly what I need because this is the first time I'm going to build my own computer from scratch. The main thing I need is processing power. I've been working on my sweet little Mac Mini but it's really struggling and recently it's begun to do weird things and I know, I absolutely know, that it's dying :(
It takes a good few minutes to save a psd file and it will glitch sometimes and just refuse to open up some of my files. A few times it has froze right when I was saving and I've lost a lot of work (one of the panels that just came out... I had to redraw Peregrin's face almost six times because it wouldn't save!!). So, the writing is on the wall.... it's time to put her out to pasture and use her as an email machine XD
So what I'm looking for is something fast with a lot of power that can easily save my psd files without making me wait three minutes. SO I've been saving up and I'm going to buy an expensive processor and GPU and the rest of the components will be cheaper/inexpensive. I'm buying them one at a time as soon as I can afford them and I finally have just enough to get the processor (THANK YOU MY TIPPERS!! YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW AWESOME YOU ARE!! And my patrons!! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!! YAYA!! HUGS YOU!!). There's a new one that's coming out on the 2nd from AMD and I'm going to snatch it! XD
After I've got that I'll keep saving and getting the parts I need as soon as I can but I'm thinking it will be late summer/early fall before I can put the thing together. RAM, hard drive, GPU, an OS.... all that good stuff. My little Mac Mini tells me she can hold out until I don't need her anymore (sniffle of love).

I've got a bad bug. Really bad pain AND I fainted last night! Like a real black out faint! Holy cow! My mom is a Super Nurse and she is taking care of me and I'm going to be just fine but I need to take a little time off and get over this bug! I'm just super tired and weak feeling. Gotta sleep... and eat... my two favorite activities XD

Yeah! He says I have a viral infection in my sinuses (so no antibiotics to help me) but I have to see a specialist which will be next month. I'm more then probably fine but it's good to make sure. I'm nervous about it but doctors always make me nervous XD Thank you for checking up on me <3 <3 <3

i try to "not see a docter" as much as i can,..
but thats more because of financial reasons.
the only think i`m not very happy about is when they have to give you injections,..
but thats more because some of them realy dont know how to do it without realy hurting you.
belive me, it cam make a lot of differents depending on how they stick the needle in, and how fast they inject the "what ever they need to inject"

Paul: I'm there too... seems like every visit to the doc leaves moths in my wallet (cartoon moths XD).
Needles.... sigh, make me faint. As long as I don't look I can get through it... but if I watch it go in, and watch the blood go out.... I'm physically done -_-.
Last year my poor cat did something to herself and came home with a huge flap of her skin hanging off her leg. It was at 4 AM when she finally came home and we had to wait a few hours for the vet to open... and I was holding her and I wanted to help her but.... I had to get my sister to hold her instead. I couldn't handle it. I'm a total and complete weeny when it comes to people I love being in pain and having bloody wounds. I'm not good in a bloody crisis :(
P.S... she's not an outdoor cat, she just liked to take occasional trips. She doesn't leave anymore though XD

Aww that's really sad! I haven't had anything like that happen, but I can relate with feeling like a weeny sometimes - anything suspensful or vaguely creepy at all (or at least almost anything) seriously freaks me out... And I'm glad she's better! I just got cats and would just about did if that happened to any of them!

Our birthday is actually in five days, but she had to go to college early so we're getting separate parties. I wanted to get her an ice cream cake, but it was too warm out so I got her a yellow cake with some pretty flowers on it as well as some chocolate and a birthday card.
My mom is now hoping I don't walk home with my own b-day cake when it comes to my party. XD
