My name is Erik McRimmon, and I am the creator of Element Drive, a story that explores themes of racism, sexism, politics, personal identity, and self-acceptance. Growing up, I was often seen as different—small, quiet, and isolated—which shaped much of the world and characters within the story. Payton, one of the central figures, is a reflection of my own experiences, facing struggles with acceptance and self-worth in a complex and often unforgiving world. Through Payton’s journey, I hope readers find lessons that resonate deeply. Element Drive is filled with moments that will make you laugh, cry, and think, so gear up—you’re in for a memorable ride.
