Comic kind of took the back burner for a while but not for lack of interest. I've super busy with another project and its finally time to reveal!
I'm working on a game called Heartseeker, an action puzzle game where you play as an animated sword flinging yourself through a meat dungeon. We have a steam page up now so please check it out and wishlist the game! Black Forest Deep will be back soon, but i'm very excited to be doing indie games.

Oof, long time since I did an update for Black Forest Deep. Sorry about that, other stuff in life took priority for a bit and I lost track of it. If you stuff around to keep reading, put up a new double update. I can't promise to be more consistent but I'll do my best. Enjoy some magical boy art in the mean time.

Hey gang, I'm finally all done with work, which means I plan to get back to updating Black Forest Deep again! I know its been a hot minute but just wanted to assure y'all that the comic is still going. Expect an update tomorrow at the usual time. I'll do my best to get back to weekly updates. In the meantime, have some potential future Norvin concept art. Oooh what could it mean? Who knows! Maybe it'll be scrapped or maybe its super important, the writing process is weird...

Howdy y'all,
SO I got some mixed news. I just got full time animation job working on a kid's show which is totally wild but unfortunately also means it's going to take up a bunch of my time for a bit. Because of this, Black Forest Deep updates are going to be a little sporadic for a while. I'm going to keep updating the comic but I probably wont be able to get a page out every week.
My contract should end around February, so I'll be able to resume my regular schedule by then. The good part of this is with this new job, I can start saving up in better art equipment which means faster updates and more content!
