It's been a while! thought I'd say "hello" so my readers know what to expect out of this comic going forward.
SO, i'm in art school. A comics program, to be specific. And a year away from graduating, how exciting! Which means that this personal comic is often put on the back burner to work on Other comics. I'm chill with that. This is my story: The only work I'm currently holding close to me that I have COMPLETE control over...
The only important thing right now, that doesn't have a deadline. I'm taking advantage of that.
Even if I don't pick back up on this comic until after I graduate. Even if it takes me another year to code a website similar to the one that Smackjeeves (ruthlessly!) ripped out from under me when their format shifted. This story hasn't seen the last of me.
My current projects are involving Local Christian Fellowship journalism, a possible EP-in-the-making (music samples are on my insta), and anthology collaborations with established comics writers (see @spitballcomic on Insta to support my role there, if you wish!) I mentioned this on my site earlier, but this page is gonna be a little late. That was inevitable tho--I just got back from my gaycation with my girl, and I'm MAJOR jetlagged after this greyhound. I've been napping like nobody's business.
