Can you try to carry on with the mermaid story then?

Alrighty sooo... Full Temple is gone. I know it was a lot of people's favorite comic but I found it so embarrassing, being up here and associated with me! I made it years ago for a Tumblr audience (hence the sex scene) and only really migrated it onto Tapas after the tumblr adult content ban. Out of all my comics, it felt like the one I was sort of just going through the motions with because it was so popular with people. But I felt uninspired on it...
That said, I do like the Full Temple universe and I want to keep going with it. With all those "bonus" comics I was putting up, I realized that was really what I wanted to do. Just like silly one-off comics, not necessarily a giant story. Because with Full Temple, there WASN'T really a plot I had in mind and I was just pushing myself to come up with one. So I think I will be rebooting Full Temple, the way I wanted to do it for a long time. As for the old pages... over the next few weeks, I'm going to try and dig up all the files and hopefully get them all together. If I can find all or most of the original pages, I will compile them together into a PDF and put up a free download for people.
I'm sorry to anyone who is disappointed, but I feel like now I have the chance to really have fun with Full Temple and hopefully the new version will be just as good, if not better, than the original.

The idea is that Steven is using dungeons and dragons to subtly question the pearls about war crimes they may have committed.
The pearls are aware of this and use the game to mess with both each other and Steven.
The 'real' Amethyst refuses to join and has repeatedly eaten the game pieces.
In the mermaid episode, Blue Pearl bullies Steven into using an adventure she's written, and uses the mer-famythist to mess with crystal gem pearl.
I'd also like to state that I enjoy your work and joining your peatreon is on my 'to-do' list.

Soooo what usually happens is that once I sort of say "Hey, I might not be working on this for a while" it's like it takes some of the mental pressure off and then I feel a bit more freed up to be creative.
I've been kind of down in the dumps because I was going to see my parents on my birthday tomorrow and now I can't :( Because there's a very strict stay at home order in place in Ontario and I don't want to violate it. The weather has also been really gloomy this past week and I've been fighting a migraine from it because of the air pressure changes. So yeah, just have not been having a good last few days and I made the "update" thing kind of while under that black cloud. I feel like I need to keep people in the loop on Tapas because this is the only social media channel that I don't always stay active on. And even though I always assumed people on Tapas were familiar with my other social media channels, I've been surprised to learn that a lot of you just know me from these comics! Which is so weird to me because I really just moved onto Tapas after Tumblr's adult content ban as a place I could sort of dump and organize my comics from Tumblr.
I do encourage anyone who uses other social media channels to check me out on some of the ones listed in my profile here, where I'm more active. But at the moment, I've been working on new pages for "Mermaid" first. I was thinking of just doing a few at once and posting them all together. I consider all of the comics on my account still active, with the exception of Full Temple. I just am not sure I want to continue with that one right now. I haven't deleted it because I feel like I might regret it and I might eventually pick it up again. I know it's popular with a lot of people, but I just can't seem to think of anything to do with it! I like the AU it's set in, but it's so close to canon that I feel kind of stuck on it.

Hey all! Hope everyone's doing well. You may have noticed I've been a little bit inactive here recently. I've been taking a bit of time to focus on some other projects and work on some paid gigs to get a bit of Christmas money so I don't enter the new year a broke ass bitch again ;) The official plan right now is to relax and regroup in the new year as a good starting point.
