I use Paint Tool SAI for sketching and Manga Studio EX 4.0 for inking, toning and writing the dialogs.
As for my tablet, I recently purchased a Wacom Cintiq 13HD, but I used to use a Wacom Intuos Pro 4 M and they both are reliable and nice tablets!!!
