Hi everyone!
I'm a self taught artist with not enough free time and a desire to accomplish too many things at one time.
I started writing From Dust yonks ago and it's finally making it's slow, derpy way into being a very real thing and I'm glad I can finally share it with all of you!

I'm not deeeaaaadddd!! Just a little tired! So quick poll: Would you rather have a regular update schedule or would you rather get 2-4 pages in sporadic batch updates every few weeks or so? Having a regular update schedule probably means that I would have to go to a page a week and there will likely be a lot of short breaks while I deal with real life in between pages, while having a batch update system will mean you'll get more pages at a time and give me time to work on pages at my own pace. Please let me know and thanks for sticking around long enough to be reading this!

I finally got one of these together but instead of awkwardly posting on individual subscribers months after you've actually subscribed, I'm posting a big group hug here! Thanks for reading and sticking with me through the last few months! <3
And by kicks off Monday, I had a stroke and forgot the update schedule would be slightly different for the prologue than the chapters. STORY WILL KICK OFF TUESDAY and the prologue will update every Tuesday and Friday until Chapter 1, which will then switch to Monday, Wednesday, and Friday updates. Sorry for the confusion ^^'
And now for the announcement that will make you all hate me:
I'm redoing From Dust as it stands so far. That means I'll be deleting everything currently up (unless I get a lot of objection and then I can leave the old version up under some different name) and re-uploading everything.
The reason for this overhaul is that I really didn't like where the story was by the end of Chapter 2 and I gave it some really hard and heavy consideration during my break. The story simply wasn't flowing in the way that I wanted it to, and so I began reworking it to see if I could make it better or if the current story would be as good as it gets. After a lot of rescripting and thumbnailing, the new version simply made more sense in the grand scheme of where I'm wanting to go with it.
So, my friends, I'll thank anyone who decides to stick with me after this announcement. I know it can be frustrating when a creator does something like this, but this will be the only time, I promise. The story will actually move at a better pace with this overhaul (I hope). I'm hoping to be able to begin uploading the Prologue starting in February and maintain a two update a week schedule for the duration of Chapter 1 at least. Again, with my weird schedule, that's not always possible, but I will do my best and I'll try to keep y'all updated as we go.

Honestly, I think it could really benefit from a redo. I've been reading it for a while and though I like the art and am interested in the story, it seems like it's been dragging on for a bit with no particular aim (except for everyone to get their 'gifts'). Anyways, I'll definitely stick around for the redo and good luck improving it. C:
