I'm a freelance cartoonist and recent alum of the Savannah College Of Art & Design’s Sequential Art program (Atlanta campus). I enjoy drawing more than eating, which is occasionally problematic.
I'm also the self-publisher of several "minicomics"/"zines", and my work appears in the comic anthologies Chainmail Bikini and (coming soon) Sweaty Palms.

Hey all, I've been inactive on here for a long time and at this point it's probably going to stay that way. I still have fond feelings the work I've posted here (10 minutes ago I was choking up while rereading Space Case) and I still want it to be available to anyone who's been kind enough to read and (hopefully) enjoy it...but so much time has passed that it wouldn't look right sitting next to my more recent art. If ever I make another webcomic, I'll create a new account for it, leaving this page up as an archive.
In the meantime, feel free to check out the social media/etc links in my sidebar, I finally updated em to my current URLs (haha). I'll always have up-to-date links and contact info on my portfolio site: http://www.rachelordway.com

I'm not totally sure how this feature works, but here goes.
I'm making a print based on the second issue cover of "Space Case" for CT Comicon in August, and I've opened up preorders to try to offset the printing cost (and give anyone who wants it first dibs!) If nothing else, checking out the preorder pages will give you a sneak peek at this week's "Space Case" update, a tiny snippet of which I've attached here.
