hi im a guy who drew a steven universe fan comic - I use a sheet of paper, a pencil, and sharpie. It's about a green ruby who is smart and teams up with Padparadscha, one of the off-colors form the cannon show.
In real life I work in the sciences, so my knowledge of chemsitry and biology will definitley be playing a role in how i've designed the “gemetics” of my fan comic.
