I'm a writer but I love comics so I'm venturing into drawing them although I may not consider myself the greatest artist.
NOTE about OTC: this comic has a narrator that also speaks in the page, synopsis, updates etc so when you read something in quotations it's that narrator charachter speaking, not me.
done with lineart on OTC's cover and it's not terribly awful but that means now i'll have to go to the coloring which'll probably take some time because i want it to look half decent at least *sigh* well i have sketched the first 60 strips already so it's not bad but...
Just got done with cleaning up the charachter designs I think I'll be needing soon so may go back to the cover. Just finished the most interesting one which turned out pretty different to the original idea
so this isn't finished yet but i have to clean some more character designs if i want to keep on drawing the sketches of the comic. The basic layout for the first 50 strips, story and ideas of dialogue is done but until they're pretty and digitally finished i'd rather not show them and also you probably wouldn't understand the dialogue because it's messy and my handwriting sucks
I think I may consider posting OTC both in Spanish and English since Spanish is my mother language. I think it wouldn't be that much of an extra effort and we need more comics in Spanish here. Maybe they'll not update at the same time but I can try
I could post a cover sooner but I really want some people at least to get a chance to read the first synopsis before. This is a comedy and I intend to do some 4th wall breaking so the idea of a narrator commenting every update without having to actually force it into the page seems an interesting way to use the Tapastic format
