I tried keeping my comic going on Tumblr but multiple factors- not least the major overhaul of rules- have kept me from making any real progress on that platform. That being said- I've accumulated a TON of pages since the tragic death of my last computer and can finally finish my first comic project. I have another project lined up, and I hope to share that one here on Tapas as soon as I feel like I've got enough material to keep a steady flow of updates coming.
Some more family deaths and my partner's surgery have slowed me down, so it may be one page a month for a little bit ;_; I may debate some kind of block scheduling instead- like updating every other month- in order to get more pages up at once.
I still have a couple of finished pages just waiting for dialogue; so my buffer isn't totally gone, but this death-a-year for three years in a row is really wearing me down. -_-
I'm going to stick to my current post schedule even if I can't get more than one page up a month right now. I'll be working towards multi- page updates as we go through the year.
I also started a Patreon page recently. You can see some of the extra art for the comic there and other non- comic work of mine.

UPDATES INCOMING!
I've stuck to my goal of building a buffer; and while its a modest one, it will give me space and time to finish pages well before they are scheduled to post.
I'm also in the process of setting up a Patreon and I have a new project I want to start drawing up pages for. That'll take some more time, but it would be nice to have a project that is 100% my own.
It may just be the time of year, but I've felt my motivation to work on this project plummet.
I'm considering a lot of different options to keep it alive, but I may finish a handful of pages and wrap up the story as is.
I'm currently making my goal to come back to this by the beginning of August.
After a series of YET MORE unfortunate events in my life, there is no page this week.
Our room mate's cat got attacked by a dog and... well... The vet didn't feel like she could justify a $5000 operation that might not save her life.
My room mate is out of town on vacation and he had to make all the tough calls over the phone. I didn't envy him.
While I've lived here we've cared for the cat a lot. She was 15 and well loved, and we did everything we could to keep her comfortable while she was injured.
This further cements that my cats will forever more be indoor only.
Page preview to prove I'm not dead and that I will be back on April 27th as promised. This is what it looks like before I've done any 'cleaning' and before shading.
I do everything with colored pencils and pens. For big sections of black I use acrylic paint.
I am OFFICIALLY out of finished pages to schedule. However, I am working on new pages and I have a plan to get myself back on track.
I'll also be changing the update schedule to every other Thursday- But this will give me the time I need to be able to combine multiple action pages into single episodes.
I'll be setting up a Patreon and an adjacent Tumblr art blog so that people can look at supplemental items for the webcomic and any art that isn't related.
Even though I wanted to make it a full three months without stopping updates, I have to admit when life has seriously gotten in the way. I've still got a lot of ideas and an action plan to get ahead, so wish me luck!
